Belinda has prosecuted and defended complex criminal matters and advised on major Police operations including search warrants, firearm prohibition orders, consorting, organised crime and covert investigations.

Belinda was the former National Director of Prosecutions for the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator leading a team of 50 across Australia. She built the NSW prosecution team, identified and led regulatory compliance strategies and drafted the prosecution policy for the Regulator. Belinda has deep expertise in Heavy Vehicle National Law and can provide that advice to executives, companies and private clients. Belinda was also the senior manager for Transport for NSW prosecutions.
